Phone Consultations
I provide a free 15-minute initial phone consultation to discuss your current concerns and determine if I am a good fit for you.
Intake Assessment
The intake appointment is an in-person meeting with me, where you will provide a history on what is currently bringing you to therapy. Through this consultation, I will support you in identifying your goals for the purpose of treatment planning. I will also provide you with initial impressions and recommendations for continued treatment.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions consist of one-on-one appointments with me at my Boca Raton office. It is initially recommended that individual sessions occur once per week and frequency may be decreased over time, as you progress through treatment, or may occur more than once per week, if deemed appropriate.
Couples Therapy
I support couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties, such as parenting issues, infidelity, barriers to effective communication, and increased conflict. This modality can help couples improve their relationship satisfaction.
Family Therapy
I provide support to families experiencing a variety of difficulties, such as separation, divorce, increased conflict, parenting issues, and difficulties in communication. Family therapy is helpful in assisting each individual family member understand their role within their family with the purpose of improving the overall quality of the relationship among family members.
Family Forensic Services
I work with individuals and families involved in the Family Court system of Palm Beach and Broward Counties to complete social investigations, assessments, treatment, parent reunification, and parent training. I also work with children and adolescents who are experiencing parental divorce/separation.
Psychological Evaluations
I provide extensive and comprehensive psychological assessments to address a variety of concerns. This process is completed through a clinical interview and the administration of formal measures in order to better understand the concerns you are having, as well to outline your strengths. Recommendations for ways to address your concerns will also be provided as a part of the psychological evaluation, so as to help guide your next steps.
Clinical Supervision
As a Qualified Supervisor, I am able to supervise students who are working towards a degree in the Mental Health field. Supervision sessions will typically last for 60 minutes. I also integrate a process-oriented approach in my supervision style.
Lectures and Speaking Engagements
I am available for facilitating lectures and seminars on the following issues: Reunification Therapy, Eating Disorders, Schizophrenia, supervision of graduate students, and improving treatment attendance.
